Brenno Castro, graduated at FAAP, has already directed 3 short films, such as O primeiro dia do resto da minha vida (The first day of the rest of my life), Tragédia Brasileira (Brazilian Tragedy) and Mero detalhe (Simple detail); and also small videos for the web, such as Todavía te amo (I still love you) and I believe. His work is focused in language experimentation and technics through new digital media.


Nowadays, he is the director of the group Paranoid BR, in which he has already directed ads for the companies Brastemp, Vale, Chevrolet, Vivo and Mercedes. He got more than 2 million views of the ad Sorrisos para Brastemp (Smiles for Brastemp), being a finalist at Clio Awards 2011. Recently, he directed, the documentary Passage for the series Voilà Brasil of the Brazilian public TV station Cultura and together with Vera Egito, the show Conexão Direta (Direct Connection) of the Brazilian TV station GNT.
